My passion for makeup began while I was in college earning my degree in Photography. Styling the models and doing their hair and make-up for the photo shoots really became my main focus, so immediately after graduating, I pursued the industry and got my first job with M.A.C. Cosmetics, whose creativity and freedom of expression really excited me.
Over the eight years I spent with the company, I underwent intensive training in areas such as HD television, Body Painting, Runway, Editorial, and Bridal. During that time, while developing and refining my technique, I realized that I needed more of a challenge, and more creative freedom than a retail environment could offer. I had outgrown the company, so I set out on my own.
Once I made that decision, and started booking my first freelance jobs, word of mouth really helped snowball my career and I quickly moved up to higher profile projects. Now I specialize in beauty, celebrity, fashion, editorial and television.
I love and am extremely grateful for the opportunities that my work has afforded me. Traveling, meeting wonderful people and being a part of making beautiful visions come to reality is beyond rewarding.
